WIPocalypse 2012!

I signed up to Measi's WIPocalypse!!. It's a global stitching SAL for the whole of 2012 where by you can stitch whatever you want and then every month on the Full month, we will all post out progress! So without further ado I will be working on.....

HAED - Millennium Tree (Focus piece):

Currently 10 pages completed. I *hope* to get most of the third row completed this year!



HAED - Impetuous arrival (2nd focus piece):

This was a Christmas presie from my parents and I currently can't put it down! I have got a lot more done that this at the moment so I will take another pic later and update it.



HAED - Queen of hearts (my first HAED start):

Currently have 5 pages complete of her. Hopefully I will get another couple of pages done this year.



HAED - Blue Bird

This is a monster project!!! Again not sure how much I will get done but I love the colours!



HAED - Vanity

LOVE purple!! Again I am further along on this one so will update the pic later :)



GK - Tea Party

I haven't worked on this project in over a year! How shameful! I really would love to work on this quite a bit this year.



And finally I will not be doing any new starts this year... This little lot will keep me more than amused for the next 12 months!!!!

Millennium Tree - Page 10 completed!

Last night I completed page 10 of Millennium tree! I am so chuffed with how this is turning out! The hands on the right hand side look really cool! Anyway just a quick photo update as I have to get on with my work now! Boooo to having a day job!!!!!

Millennium Tree

Just wanted to post a mini update to Millennium Tree. I need to finish this page plus the next full page and the last final page to meet my yearly goals. Plus I also have 1 page of blue bird to finish... Me thinks I am not gonna make it this year :( Anyway here he is :)

Millenium Tree Page 9 and Queenie page 5

Hello everyone! I thought I would share with you the happy news that I finished page 9 of Millennium Tree :) I am really pleased with how it is stitching up. I love how you stitch a chuck, then step back and see the detail appear in front of your eyes :) Anyway here he is :



So I have put him away now to work on Queenie. Here she was the last time I left her:



I have to finish this page of Queenie to meet 1 of my yearly goals on the HAED BB. My other goals are 2 full ad 1 partial pages of the tree, and 1 further page on Blue Bird. Me thinks it is going to be a tall order....lol

Page 8 complete and IHSW

So I finally finished page 8 of millennium tree. I finished earlier in the week. Here is the whole piece after I finished the page: Annnnnnd I'm joining in with IHSW again this month. I'm gonna continue with millennium tree as I have my yearly goals for the HAED BB to complete. I still have pages 9, 10, 11, and 12 to complete before the end of the year... That's a lot of stitching!!!! Anyways this is where I was Friday evening before IHSW started.

Millennium tree update

Just thought I would update you all on where I got to after the confetti SAL on the HAED BB. The detail in this chart really is staggering. I am loving every stitch even though the confetti is really bad. I am going to continue to work on him for this week in the themed SAL. Hopefully listens head will appear!! Anyway here he is :)

Results from IHSW

I had a lovely weekend taking part in IHSW. It was GREAT to say to my husband, no sorry I can't help you with the weeding this weekend, its IHSW :D I must do this again! Anyway where is where I got to.



I am going to continue to stitch this until Thursday eve as I am also stitching in the HAED BB detail/confetti SAL. Another update will follow on Thursday :)
